Wild Ones – ‘Dim the Lights’

Portlands, Wild Ones define themselves as “pop” yet I feel they’re way too cool for that label. Their sound is elusive; it can go from having heavy electronic production to indie rock influences to beachy vibes. In the end, it’s always very palatable and offers something for everyone to enjoy.

Their newest release “Dim The Lights” I’ve grown obsessed with because it’s geared more toward the Drive soundtrack route. The lead singer, Danielle Sullivan’s voice brings the perfect balance of lightness to the dark, eery production.

Wild Ones play the Roxy July 15th! Live, they are amazing and I highly recommend catching this show.
